The artwork is a combination of Indigenous Aboriginal art with a contemporary flair, it combines Aboriginal and Austrian heritage. The artist, Melanie, has successfully exhibited at many galleries across Australia in Aboroginal, Folk and Abstract arts. Melanie is based in FNQ and draws inspiration from her mother's land where she feels close to the spirit of the rainforest and reef animals that are represented in her artwork that adorns our candles.
