Refund Policy

Domini Collective accepts online store returns for refund, exchange or credit note if your return request meets the criteria outlined below. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at dominicollective@hotmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return instructions. Items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be accepted. Domini Collective has a 7-day return policy. All returns must be requested and posted back within 7 days of receiving your item. 

Domini Collective reserves the right to refuse a return if the returns criteria is not met. Returns must be posted back at the customer’s expense and this cost is non-refundable. Domini Collective cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged returns so we recommend using a traceable form of shipping. 

 

Non-returnable items
Sale items and items purchased during a promotion cannot be returned. This excludes orders placed with our welcome offer code. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for pierced jewellery or hats.

 

Exchanges 
If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend you make a separate purchase for the new item once your return has been authorised. Alternatively, you can request your preferred exchanged item when requesting a return with us. Additional postage costs may apply. Promotional discount offers will be honoured when exchanging size, but in the case your size request is unavailable or a refund is requested, promotional offers will not be extended to your new order.

 

Refunds 
If your return is approved, you’ll be refunded back to your original payment method. Please note that refunds do not include any postage costs from your order. The item/s price will be refunded only. Please also note it can take a few business days for the refund balance to clear into your nominated bank account or payment method. Gift Vouchers and Credit notes are not redeemable for cash and any purchases made with vouchers are valid for credit or exchange.

 

Credit notes
Credit notes will be issued as an online code valid for the Domini Collective website. If your return is approved, we will send you your online code via email. Credit notes can be used online or in store and are valid for three years.

 

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items 
Please contact us immediately if the item you receive is faulty, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Faulty or damaged items will be inspected before a refund or replacement is given. Incorrect items received will be rectified immediately by refund or replacement.

 

In store return policy

We accept in store returns for exchange or credit note within 7 days with proof of purchase. The item must be unworn and include original tags and packaging.  Sale items and items purchased during a promotion cannot be returned. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for pierced jewellery or hats. Please choose carefully in store as we do not refund for change of mind. Refunds are only issued for faulty items upon inspection by the brand.

The in store lay-by term is four weeks. Deposits and further payments are not refundable if the lay-by is cancelled or not collected within the timeframe specified.
