In compliance with Australian Consumer Law, Domini Collective is not required to provide a refund if you make a wrong selection, need a different size or change your mind. This includes items purchased using Afterpay.
To ensure you do have an option, should you make a wrong selection, Domini Collective will offer a Credit Note for the purchase amount or an exchange for another sized item. (Shipping costs will be your responsibility).
Note we do not credit shipping costs or Afterpay Merchant fees.

While we take care to ensure that you receive an item that is in perfect condition, sometimes faults can be missed. If you have received a damaged item please ensure we are contacted within 14 days of receiving your parcel.
In the event that you have received an item with a minor fault, we will first attempt to replace or repair the item. If this is not possible you will be offered the option of a credit note. As per ACCC a refund for an item with a minor fault is at the companies discretion.
If you receive an item which is deemed by Domini Collective as having a major fault. It is at the customers discretion to choose a replacement, store credit or a refund. If the item was purchased using a Gift Card, the amount will be credited back to the gift card and not refunded.
Note that Gift Cards/Store Credits cannot be cancelled for a cash refund.
Should an item shrink, tear or break due to improper care Domini Collective is not responsible for a replacement, refund or credit note.

Returns - Credit note or exchange
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since you received your purchase and you have not been in contact with us, unfortunately we will not offer an exchange or credite note.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Gift Cards and Sale Items will not be eligible for return.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are other reasons an item may not be eligible for return:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or
Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery will not be eligible.
To return your purchase for a credit note or exchange, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further instruction. You will be responsible for the shipping costs when returning your item.
All Sale items are final and will not be eligible for return.
